AIC- Automotive Intelligence Center, Creaform, Metrologic Group and Metromecanica invite you to discover on February 27th at AIC’s facilities, different handheld 3D scanners and automated solutions for quality control, reverse engineering, design and product development.
Creaform’s HandySCAN 3D and MetraSCAN 3D portable scanner ranges can become complete solutions for automated quality control (AQC) applications. Equipped with a collaborative robot (cobot), the workstation allows the operator to use the 3D scanners in both manual and automated modes.
Metrologic offers software packages that support all 3D measurement processes in industrial manufacturing, from measurement planning by the design and manufacturing teams, to measurement execution by the quality control team, to the exchange of 3D measurement data and results across the enterprise.
Metromecanica offers with the ISIROB a mobile inspection equipment equipped with a Creaform scanner mounted on a UR cobot and linked to the main metrology software. The ISIROB equipment is designed to work in the laboratory or at the machine and can be operated by anyone in a simple and intuitive way.
