MAIER Group needs to incorporate a Product Development Engineer to its Technological Center in Gernika:
Reporting to the CAD Manager of Maier Gernika, the selected person will have the following functions
main functions:
- Be responsible for CAD management with customer, plant, tooling and 3D suppliers (reception, shipping, translation, etc.);
- Be responsible for the design, review and verification of the product from customer specifications;
- Directly liaise with both the customer and the project team on all aspects of the product during all phases of the project.
Direct communication with both the customer and the project team in all aspects related to the product during all phases of development.
Analytical skills, customer orientation and ease of building relationships of trust and enthusiasm in taking a proactive role in our future project, are considered fundamental characteristics for this project.
We are looking for engineering professionals with knowledge of plastic injection, molds, painting, chrome plating, mastery of 2D/3D CAD tools in CATIA V5, preferably with a minimum experience of two years in similar positions and with a high level of English and geographic mobility.
